Hervé - Art with character
Original works where the power of vision meets the freedom of color.
The artist
Hervé
I paint because I love that moment when a canvas suddenly comes to life.
I'm from the Arcachon Basin, and I've always been fascinated by animals, their behavior, and especially their eyes. They're often what sparks my desire to paint.
Then come the colors—bold, joyful, unexpected.
Inspired by Pop Art, I enjoy forgetting reality to invent my own: a blue, orange, red, or multicolored animal can sometimes express so much.

WILD SPIRIT
Acrylic · 31.5 × 39.4 in · 2026
$550
The raw power of nature, the silence of wide-open spaces, and this imposing presence that gazes back at you as much as you gaze at it.
Here, there are no snowy landscapes or muted colors. Blue, orange, red, and yellow reinvent nature in an explosion of energy and movement.
